HasbroToyShop has put up preorders for all 4 of their exclusive TF:Universe Special Edition deluxe figures: Optimus Prime, Megatron, Drag Strip, and Overkill.
These 4 figures were, as the page says, “originally created for the Asia market”. They also sport special edition packaging.
- Optimus Prime is from the TF:Classics DVD 2 pack and is relatively unchanged.
- Megatron is also from that DVD 2-pack, but has been repainted to a G1 deco.
- Drag Strip is a repaint of Classics Mirage, so he doesn’t combine with anybody to form anything.
- Overkill is a repaint of Classics Grimlock, so he doesn’t turn into a cassette tape.
All 4 are available for preorder now and expected to ship in early December.
