Alternate Prime/Jetfire combinations.

Money, violence, sex, computer graphics, scatalogical humor, racism, robots designed to be rednecks but given European accents, and maybe another sequel to the saga... what's not to love? TF m1, Revenge of the Fallen, Dark of the Moon and now Age of Extinction.

Alternate Prime/Jetfire combinations.

I swear we were discussing this before, but I can't find it now and I figure this kind of thing justifies it anyway.

I saw This Pic today that made me change the way mine was set up. The shouldery bits are awesome:

That's how I already had mine set up, eheh. See Here and Here also.

It 'rules' like that. Absolutely worlds of awesome. The default config is awful.

The problem with any other shoulderpad config than the official one (that I've seen, anyway) is leaving Jetfire's hands exposed. You can minimize them, but they're always there, leaving Prime a four-armed freak of nature. Also sucky in ANY config is having to leave Jetfire's head fully exposed and staring skyward. This *really* doesn't help the inescapable impression that Jetfire's showing his Prime-love as hard as he possibly can... Granted, you can sort of hide it under those awkward little panels, but it's still there...
I disappear.

Eh, he's dead anyway.

You can turn the hands backwards and fold the fingers in--plus, they're hiding around all sorts of kibble. I haven't noticed it.

I'm with O6, the horrible default config hiding the hands is a tiny piece of praise amidst a damning, cumbersome whole. The backs of the hands have little turbine greebles on them anyway, they're practically invisible when those sections are tucked behind Prime's fuel tank wings.

As for the head..think of it as a hunter slinging his kill on his back, hey. :P
