IGN.com's top 5 Transformers Comics article

The originals... ok, not exactly, but the original named "The TransFormers" anyway. Take THAT, Diaclone!
Generation 1, Generation 2 - Removable fists? Check. Unlicensed vehicle modes? Check. Kickass tape deck robot with transforming cassette minions? DOUBLE CHECK!!!

Anyone still around will recognize Prowl's snark as being that. We all know how he feels about the book. (Which is a shame, because it's awesome.)

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

Hm. Sure, why not? I'd have included Marvel's issue 75 on there, myself, but I can't argue with the choices they made on that list.

That's a funny way of spelling "More Than Meets The Eye".
"Matrix Quest" is a glorified genre riff. It is good for that much. But, it does *not* warrant the praise it has gotten over the years.

I agree that "More than Meets the Eye" gets more credit than it warrants. But, proportionally, "Matrix Quest" gets far more unwarranted praise.

Hey, I still think it's about a bajillionty times better than RID! I even praised the hell out of it over in the review thread recently, these first three 'Second Season' issues have been downright solid. There's just a lot of little things about Roberts's writing style and the things he does with Transformers that irk me.
