KNIGHTS OF THE MAGICAL LIIIIIIGHT.

I pissed off Alan Moore once. Friend of mine uses Northampton as an impromptu stomping ground. We ran through, chucked some Constantine DVDs at his front door, and sped off into the night with cries of "Glycon is a false god!!"

Good times.

Ok, so I finished re-reading Watchmen last night and having done so, I'm SLIGHTLY more hopeful. Alot of the shots we've seen are directly from the comic, so at the very least we can say it's visually faithful.
Also, Rorshach's trench is only really noticeably dirty and musty near the end, when he's wearing his old spare. For most of the book, his duds appear clean.

I still think the overall tone looks pretty off, but I'm a little less nervous.

Well that's what Znyder basically did for 300.

I wish I could keep up the pretence that I actually spent money on multiple Constantine DVDs, but I_just_can't.

I thought that seemed odd, but then, people wanting money for Constantine DVDs seems odd, too. And THAT'S what I keep forgetting in the list of Alan Moore movies that aren't terribly good. Constantine.

Whether it happened or not, that's still a funny mental image. So is Alan Moore shaking his fist and yelling "You damn kids get off my lawn"...

It 'is' only a trailer. We'll see if the actual 'movie' turns out that way. A trailer can change the entire tone...

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

Toys look neat enough, but I'm almost sad there's no Classic Comedian. With that and the Classic Silk Spectre I'd be able to create the most disturbing desk display EVAR!! :(
