Wow. Thanks for making me feel old Dom. ;)

I'm actually looking forward to the Target Vehicle battle pack. That is going to bolster my vehicular forces on both sides by nearly 200%.

I'd look forward to it more if I actually wanted more vehicles. I don't have the space--I display the 25th Joes on my headboard and that's it. Plus it's got a bunch of crap I Don't Want. I already have two Cobra Commanders and far enough Cobra Troopers. And I can only guess how much the damn thing's going to 'cost.'

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

It's supposed to be about $40 or so. I think. Maybe $50. But still that's not too bad.

I too have many Cobra Commanders, but one simply can't have too many Cobra troops.

That's like... 0.09 of my paycheck, dude!

I have one of each of the individual releases thus far and an extra Officer. That gives me Nine. That's enough for a display of my size because I'm not looking for the Hugeass Uber Army. I'm looking for some guys to stand in front of the rest of Cobra on the display--which, as I already said, can only fit on my headboard. I have the Cobra five-pack and Legions box sitting behind them, and that's essentially all the more room I have.

I have built up quite a legion of Cobra troops. I've got the Nightwatch Five pack, the Crimson Guard Officers pack, a single carded CG, Cobra (The Enemy!), three Vipers, Scarface and Fred, the troop from the five pack and the Cobra Legions set.

How's 'bout that TRU vehicle pack? They've got:

Another HISS (in black, with a blue HISS Driver, awesome)

The motorcycle with machine-gun sidecar (forget the name, I suck) and the Trubble-Bubble with Tele-Viper (incredibly awesome)..plus, I think this has Steeler.

Armadillo Tank with Serpentor's Air-Chariot, plus some Joe guy and Serpentor (meh)

Some Joe Vehicle or other with some Joe guy (My Cobra bias really shows through, don't it?)

For fifteen bucks each? You know that's cool.

I've built up a decent Cobra army by this point. Of the troopers I've got Fred, a single CG, The grey trooper from the Leigions set, an air trooper, a viper, single-carded Cobra trooper, grey and black Cobra Trooper from the HISS, HISS Driver, another blue trooper from the Legions set, and a Python Patrol Trooper. And I'm seriously considering the Nightwatch set or the Red Ninja set (as the Red Ninjas, for some reason, are my favorite figure in the line). If Hasbro seriously wants my love forever they'll put out some sort of troopbuilder with the B.A.T.s, as I'd buy two of those, seriously.

Yeah, I went ape with the Cobra toys to occupy my time until the Animated hit.

Also, you kids feeling old...wait until you get well until your thirties. Then again, I know people in their hundreds, so I never feel too old...

In terms of generics, I'm actually somewhat light. I've got two Cobra officers (Scarface and the carded version), Two CGs (Fred, carded), and a Viper. What's happened is, I've ended up with a growing squad of Cobra Commanders! I started with the two-pack comic-color version (and I don't care what anyone says, I love those colors), then got the armored version, then ended up snagging the cartoon version (With the little tube of MASS components or whatever). Of course, my favorite one so far is the "Talking Battle Commanders" version I stumbled upon at my local comic shop a few weeks ago:

Behold. This thing is so rad.

If you push his button in mid-speech, does his next line cut it off? Does that mean you can push it just so and the words run together?
