Money, violence, sex, computer graphics, scatalogical humor, racism, robots designed to be rednecks but given European accents, and maybe another sequel to the saga... what's not to love? TF m1, Revenge of the Fallen, Dark of the Moon and now Age of Extinction.

I have seen it on EPIX myself when they have done some free preview weekends to promote the channel and it has been airing on it for quite a while already, although I don't remember when exactly it premiered. But if you want some proof that it is on that channel, TVGuide.com's listings shows the next time they will air it (once you add a local service provider that carries EPIX).
Edit: Found a topic with someone asking the same question on TFW2005 from June of last year, and several people there also confirm it being on Epix.

It's not a matter of finding a venue to watch DOTM.
I just found it odd that the high theathre sales movie called DOTM was not on any of the premium movie cable/dish/satelite cahannels yet. I was more or less trying to get to the ROOT of the problem why. Especially since other 2011 theathre movies were on those cable/satelite/dish premium movie channels.
