I thought Jazz became more interested in Earth when he met Sari aboard Magnus's ship?

Which is very odd, considering Metallikato was supposed to blend martial arts with worship of dark gods and nihilism and all that.138 Scourge wrote:At least on the show, Jazz and Prowl hadn't met before the Elite Guard episodes. They may have trained in the same style, but not together.
Heh. I did think it was kinda funny that there were Metallikato Autobots now.

Wait, what? Yeah, Jazz was afraid of humans at first, but by the end of "The Elite Guard" he's begun to develop an interest in earth culture (or just earth driving laws, maybe). Of course, we don't get much else out of him for the rest of his stay, but the card bio was at least drawing from that idea, not just pulling it out of nowhere.Dominic wrote:Jazz's bio card also lists him as being curious about human culture, when the cartoon contradicts this.
I suppose there are 2 "Animated" contexts now.

I kinda wish they'd stuck with Metallikato for one faction and Circuit-Su for the other. Ah well. What legacy the bios of Bugly and Bludgeon have left.

"We must protect the Energon Cube!" said half the talking toys for the first TF movie.BWprowl wrote:I can't believe I didn't think of this.
Really, the cards drive me crazy on this point, because they INSIST on saying that Prowl and Jazz's martial art is Circuit-Su, when they went with Metallikato in the show. I can see it being an early-production miscommunication in Prowl's case, but they easily could've corrected it for Jazz and Oil Slick. Of course, they could just be trying to maintain continuity between the card bios, which I don't really see the point of, in this case...

See, that one's a camcorder, that one's a camera, that one's a phone, and they're doing "Speak no evil, See no evil, Hear no evil", get it?
