Absolutely. City of Tears in-particular is one of my top favorite areas of any video game for how beautiful it is and how soothing the music.andersonh1 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 14, 2025 9:04 amIt's a tough game in areas. It's well-crafted and aesthetically beautiful as well. There are some talented people out there.

Re: Star Trek
Yeah, I'm not sure what they're going for with this Starfleet Academy series based on this trailer. The way they present the students makes it feel more like Starfleet's school for misfit special kids. Star Trek isn't the X-Men. I love seeing Robert Picardo in it, but... Nothing else really grabbed ...

Re: Video Games are awesome
My oldest daughter really enjoyed the first Hollow Knight. I played it a bit and liked it, but never got very far. I got pretty close to the end of the game, but didn't quite finish it. I only had one more Dreamer I needed to break the seal of to unlock the final boss. I know where the Dreamer is, ...

Re: Video Games are awesome
I've been playing Hollow Knight: Silksong for the past couple of weeks and I've been having a lot of fun with it. I enjoyed the first Hollow Knight, but I think I'd have to say I'm liking this game a bit more. Hornet is a bit faster and more agile than the protagonist of the other game, which makes ...

Re: Star Trek
Starfleet Academy trailer from NYCC is online. They also have a first look of an episode from season 4 of Strange New Worlds And... I've already got issues with it. I'm guessing the distress call they get is actually their own, like Voyager's "Parallax" episode. Which isn't a bad idea, bu...

Re: Star Trek
I admit I apparently like Enemy Mine regardless of what franchise does it. I really liked this episode. The Enemy Mine style Star Trek episodes I'd agree are generally among the best. Like I said, I thought the bones of this episodes story was good. I'd say it was probably the best episode of this ...

SNW - Terrarium Ortegas goes on a solo mission to investigate some mysterious gravity waves (necessitating the crew minimize the mass on the shuttle for the mission) when her shuttle encounters a wormhole and she's forced to crash land on a moon orbiting a gas giant on the other side. Enterprise is...

The Thunderbolts* - New Avengers* It has some flaws, but it was better than I expected. I don't think the marketing did it any justice. Thunderbolts*... or New Avengers, doesn't really fit this team. For one, the majority of the team are flawed super soldier types, so they don't really have a diver...

Re: Comics are Awesome III
I hadn't been to pick up my monthly comics since late June, so I ended up with Aquaman 7 and 8, Green Lantern 25 and 26 and Green Lantern Corps 6 and 7. In GL and GL Corps they went back and addressed the end of "Lights Out" where Relic and the emotional entities were dragged through the ...
