TF Prime,Skyquake recolor idea, using HFTD Starscream leader

The modern comics universe has had such a different take on G1, one that's significantly represented by the Generations toys, so they share a forum. A modern take on a Real Cybertronian Hero. Currently starring Generations toys, IDW "The Transformers" comics, MTMTE, TF vs GI Joe, and Windblade. Oh wait, and now Skybound, wheee!

TF Prime,Skyquake recolor idea, using HFTD Starscream leader

TF Prime,Skyquake recolor idea, using HFTD Starscream leader sized toy.

While watching the TF Prime episode 6 yesterday. I noticed that Skyquakes robot mode look extremly similar to HFTD Leader sized starscream's robot mode. the jet modes also looked very similar.

I think it would be cool if hasbro recolored the HFTD Stsrscream toy mold in TF Prime skyquakes colors & gave the mold a brand new skyquake head sculpt.

Anyone wanna see this happen? will you buy it?

I noticed that hasbro has been mixing recolors back & forth between RTS & Generations. so putting a HFTD mold in TF Prime would be similar.

On a design stand point. this will save hasbro tons of cash. as it cost less to recolor a existing mold & put a new head on it. than designing & then creating a new toy from scratch.

Hasbro if they want can still release a Animated Skyquake voyager sized new mold & the recolored skyquake leader sized toy using the year 2010 HFTD Leader sized starscream toy mold. as hasbro sometimes releases various TF characters in different sizes in the same toy line.

I'd probably pass. Heck I'm passing Starscream and I actually do want him. Prime is just leaving me cold so far so I'm not really interested in the toys either. And Skyquake didn't even talk for the last half of his episode not even a few screams or whatever when Bumblebee was ripping him apart. So yeah, I'd probably pass. That probably would make a good base figure for a Skyquake though.
