This evening's haul: Universe Prowl and Octane/Tankor (why didn't they just name him Mega-Octane? The name was used in RID... surely it's available)

A few days ago I received a box with 2000 foamy-filly-things (try saying that out loud) and:
Animated Starscream, Voyager Megs, Lugnut, Oil Slick, Jazz and Snarl.

Earlier in July, I got a similar box with 1500 foamy-filly-things, some bubbly-plastic-protection-sheets and:
Animated Megs vs Prime, Bulkhead, Lockdown, Prowl, Bumblebee and Cybertron Prime.

I am prepared to get every Bulkhead repaint ever, I think. That guy is awesome.

Last sunday I went to a Týr concert and got some cd's and a shirt afterwards.

Oh! I got a Kung Fu Panda McDonald's toy, because I like Pandas, and he looked pretty cool.

Holy crap! I saw Týr as part of Paganfest USA in May! Granted Turisas blew everyone else out of the water, but they were still good!

Montreal is a big anime town. We got the Fantasia film fest, afterall. Plus hip colleges.
There's a dedicated anime store a quick bus ride from my place, and they had a scant few.
HOWEVER, my friend works at a fancy toystore that gets ALOT of imports, and she says they have alot of Revoltechs. She's gonna see if they have any Gurren Laganns

Get Gurren-Lagann and Lazengann. They are both full of awesome and win.

Went into town today, hitting TRU to see if Galvatron was in. No such luck. So I swung by a Target, and stopped by the theater Medanite and his Comic-Con goin' friend work at, arriving home with the following:

Aaaand a cracking start with Movie Overcast, who only 'just' came out here. Yeah, shocking. Awesome redeco, very RID Windsheer, and I loved Dreadwing already. This is the most Vehicon of the movie moulds, I do love it so. Even better - a decent character. Movie Decepticon who's 'not' a complete moron, that's..surprising.
