I know it's a little late, but first time I've seen Tankor.
The whole wave at Target in Glendale, CA.

Indeed. I've found multiple Prowls and Sunstreakers (One store had 'eight!' Eight Sunstreakers! Ah ha ha ha!) but only the one OcTankor. And I bought him.

I hear tell that Suntreaker is 'longpacked' with roughly twice as many of him in a case as there are of the other guys. Could explain the heavy shelf presence.
