TF Views

It's our 5th month in existence, and I was wondering how you guys felt we were doing here at the TFv.

I would say we have kind of fallen behind on the "being more than a forum", but I am taking it better than some.

Personally, I would like to increase our active membership and readership a bit more.

But, I cannot say things are going badly.

I thought activity piddled out last week, got worried for a bit that everybody left. But I guess we were just busy.

I'm hoping that's due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but we'll see.

I think the relatively low membership of the boards accounts for low traffic and low "reporting" on news. There's no way we're ever going to compete with the larger sites that have thousands of registered members when it comes to posting or news gathering. But I enjoy the site quite a bit, and try to check in daily even if I don't post something every day.

We cannot compete with the larger pages. All we are saying is "do not be shy" about posing news and contributing".
