List some TF toys you like that most Fans don't like.

My quick list is as follows:

1- Beastmachines Ultra Sized Jetstorm & Botcon/OTFCC Ultra sized G-1 Cyclonus.

2- about 25% of the Titanium TF 6 inch toys such as Rodimus Prime,G-1 Scourge,The Fallen,WW Grimlock,WW Seeker mold,WW Prowl.

3- 2005 Cybertron leader sized Megatron/Galvatron toy mold.

4- Alternators Liscensed Jaguar, 4 legged beast ravage that transforms into a Jaguar liscensed car mold

Pretty much any given G1 toy. Especially combiners, the Terrorcons being a particular favourite. Blot was one of my favourite TFs as a kid, period.

Is the Alternators Jaguar really not popular amongst the fans? I guess new things aren't usually received well... but I can't see how anyone would see that as anything but a brave and worthwhile experiment!

...mind you, i didn't actually like alternators as a line, so...

Currently it would be the Classics Seeker and Universe Prowl/Bluestreak/Smokescreen molds. They don't seem currently well liked, but I still like 'em.

I like Alt. Ravage well enough, but I could see why people might not. They were definitely trying for something really cool there, but the kitty mode ends up as kind of a jumble of car parts with a cat under them. Still, fore, the positives outweigh the negatives on that one.

Molds I like that people don't seem to? Right now that seems to be Fall of Cybertron Grimlock. And I think I like Armada Cyclonus more than most people seem to, but dang, that mold is amazing.

Too damn many to list. I like everything--obscure shit, popular shit, shitty shit, great shit...It's a real problem when you're trying to purge.

I think the worse thing of all about that Armada Cyclonus toy/cartoon character. Was that it had the Cyclonus name attached to it.
Talk about a direct slap in the face to the ultra cool 1986 Cyclonus toy/cartoon persona. Hasbro should have really named that awful Armada cyclonus toy/Cartoon persona something else.

Bro that kinda talk isn't in the spirit of the thread!

Just call Armada Cyclonus "Sandstorm," then. Micron Densetsu is just as 'valid' as Armada since they were an actual US-JP collaboration.

Also... G1 Cyclonus was a good toy? >___> Don't get me wrong, I loved the character in the show (until Headmasters, at least- and I hate that he never got any dialogue with Soundwave).

"Armada" Cyclonus was notable for not having any dead hard points. That was a plus.

As far as using Japanese names, for most of the UT, I went with "the name I could remember". I consistently call the Recon team "Hop, Bullet and Bumper" rather than "Jolt and uh.... those other two guys". Alternatively, I call them "Jolt, Bullet and Bumper". (Again, based on what I can remember.)

Back on topic: "Cybertron" Vector Prime is a favourite of mine that few people appreciate.
