TVSquad.com is reporting that Jeff MacKay has passed away at the age of 60. Known for roles in "Magnum, P.I" and "JAG", he is perhaps best known to Transformer fans as the voice of the Aerialbot Fireflight in the original 80's cartoon.

Awh, the shy Aerialbot! That's a shame.

He really didn't play any other TFs, though. Kinda unusual (unless you're Brad Garrett or Bud Davis, but then your voice has you pretty much cursed).

60 always seems too young to go. RIP.
