I picked up a duplicate at TJ Maxx when I got mine, I end up with a lot of QC failures and figured if I didn't then someone else might want him. Anyway, my figure ended up fine so the duplicate either goes back or goes to one of you. $7.70 is what I paid, figure is still on card, shipping is your preference - carrier, carded or loose, whatever.
Alternately, I'd consider a trade for FOC Grimlock, with cash making up the difference from my side obviously.
