Yeah, pretty much. Vision's interstellar propulsion system is damaged as a result of the battles and says it'll take a month for her self repair systems to fix it, leaving her stuck on Earth in the meantime. Sam Wilson offers for her to stay at his place until then, and we never see her after that.

Ha. I just finished reading it before reading this. Guess I've read the entire Ultimate Vision story then. I liked how she field goaled Turleton's head across the desert. Did not like how he pulled a Movie 1 Frenzy and popped a robot spider out of his ass (which technically would then be the back of his head).

I wasn't a fan of him suddenly growing spider-legs out of his neck either. That scene was actually supposed to represent him becoming the Ultimate version of MODOK. Like Vision though, he hasn't appeared in another story since then. Although, another MODOK appeared in Ultimate Armor Wars, but the origins that one mentioned was completely different.

Now that's interesting. I could kinda get behind that as a new interpretation of MODOK. Have they done anything with AIM since in the Ultimate verse?

If you're lookin' for a cool new take on M.O.D.O.K., you could do worse than check out the Red Hulk book. The original M.O.D.O.K. was de-evolutionized lately, but he left a creepy-ass upgraded clone to pick up the slack.
Check him out.
I'm more a fan of the original, because it's one of Kirby's crazier designs, and for Kirby, that's saying something. But the new version ain't half bad.

Your review of MODOK'S 11 had me interested to check out that story, I just don't usually have money for comics that don't have Transformers on the cover. Might finally pull the trigger on it though if it's out in trade?

Not that I know of... But I have to say I stopped reading shortly after "Ultimatum". The only other appearance of AIM I know of in the Ultimate Universe was a couple nameless AIM agents, that were in a 2 part X-Men/Fantastic Four crossover called "X4" (which actually came out a few months before Ultimate Vision) but that was just a tiny appearance to pay the actual villain of the story.

Ah. I just started reading the Ultimate Avengers trade and it started off with Cap and Hawkeye taking out two helicopters with AIM agents in them. And apparently the Red Skull. But haven't quite finished it yet so I don't know how important they wind up being to the story. Also, was Ultimatum worth reading?

No.
