I always preferred Metal somehow.
Money For Nothing by Dire Straits. Classic. The video was actually animated by the two guys who went on to found Mainframe.

Cars, the remix of the Gary Numan song by Fear Factory. 'Sgood.
Fear Factory are Fun, Demanufacture's always a good party album. Still never been quite sure on the Cars cover, though. It's 'alright', but I get sick of it quickly. Heard Numan's Hybrid remix album? That, that's some good stuff right thar. Especially Bleed.
Anyway, listening to Echoes by Pink Floyd at the moment. Stoner night, wooo!

Marylin Manson "Personal Jesus"
I like Manson. I was listening to him before it was "cool" but I prefer the original by Depech Mode.
I feel old.

Really didn't like that cover. Manson can be really good or really bad, depending, but his covers usually lean towards the bad side.
Closer by NIN, incidentally. It seems so stereotypical to post that, too, since Closer is the Big NIN Song that everyone knows, but I'm listening through the whole Downward Spiral, so.

I know what you mean about everyone knowing "Closer". When I listen to NIN, every always assumes that's the song I'm listening to.
BTW, mu favorite NIN song is "The Perfect Drug" off of the Lost Highway soundtrack.
Anyway, I'm listening to "The Lumberjack Song" from Monty Python.

All the way up to Hurt now, yay. Which is, coincidentally, the 'other' most recognizable song from this album.
Hrm, favourite NIN songs...Burn is way up there, from the Natural Born Killers soundtrack, and oddly, Deep from the Tomb Raider soundtrack. That had a really awful video, though. Discipline is great. The whole Downward Spiral is awesome and I can't just mention single tracks from it without mentioning others, but Heresy and Ruiner are probably the best off it. Probably. And I dig Pretty Hate Machine 'and' the rejected demos from Purest Feeling, and...Ah, god damnit, I just like the whole catalogue. At worst, some of the tracks from Awithuh Teethuh are crappier than others.

I don't know who the hell I'm listening to, but it's making fun of Eninem.
Which is cool with me.

Never been a fan of Manson nor NIN. Probably because, as a 12 year old people assumed I was a goth poseur instead of a 12 year old nihilist, as such, I decried everything popular within the goth subculture and instead immersed myself in that which was its precursor. Ergo, plenty of Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode and Throbbing Gristle.
And I'm currently listening to the BGM to Megaman 2's Wily's Castle stage.

Except NIN was totally there before the goth poseur thing.
