Debated that myself, but Grey Hulk has stupid blue pants ruining him.
What color are Green Hulk's pants? I'd assume purple...

Saw both versions in stores last night. Still thinking I might go for the grey version (it's a very nice shade of blue...), since it'd at least be easier for me to pretend it wasn't the Hulk. The Torch looks nice too, definitely thinking about that one. Anyway:

Transformers Animated Swoop and Sentinel Prime- Woo, finally! Okay, I haven't even opened Swoop yet, and I've had minimal fiddle time with Sentinel, but I will not let that diminish my happiness. My first impression of Sentinel is good. I have a couple points of contention with his arms. Mainly, I wish they pegged together at the shoulders more solidly, and that he had a bicep swivel. They did a really good job otherwise though, he's got these nice shoulder hinges that let his arms swing up. He's got a great headsculpt, and...hand sculpts? Is that a term? His hands look very nice, is the point. Gah, I could write oodles about this toy, might have to give him an official, full review later. Once I get home and play some more. :D

Light week at the comic shop, so I got some trades to fill it out:

The Flash: The Fastest Man Alive: Lightning in a Bottle- So Bart Allen became the Flash and died while I wasn't looking. But his exploits filled up a coupla trades in the end. This is the first, and I'll probably get the second one sometime later.

Mini Marvels: Rock, Paper, Scissors- Been reading Mini Marvels in the back of my Power Pack books for some time now, and they're pretty delightful little comics. I was happy to see them get the collected treatment, hopefully more trades will follow. Especially the Skrull ones, those have been hilarious.

Picked up Universe Galavatron and Acid Storm at my local Wal-Mart this morning. Couldn't pass them up for the the price.

A bit later I went out to a different WM Ihad not visited in some time. Of the 4 WM stores in my general area this was the only one who had a center display with Voyagers in it. I finlly saw Voyager Prime whom I had yet to see before today, and was going to get one until I noticed a Blitzwing in with the rest. His nosecone was missing, but when I picked up the box I noticed it had just fallen off and was still in the box so I grabbed him up, took him home and re-attached his head after I opened him.

Funny thing is if the head wasn't popped off, I might have missed out on him.

One of my local Wal-Marts has a big movie Voyager display as well. I keep meaning to pick up movie Prime. Might still do that, but the $7.77 bots have really been a deal. I've bought four of them already.

Picked up movie Breakaway this evening.

All of the Wal-Marts in my area have the display, but the one where I found Blitzwing is the only one that had Voyagers in it. The other stores just had deluxe on one side, and Activators, or Battle Bumpers on the other.

I think I know the display you're talking about Wreck; I've seen one at the Wal-Mart in Madera (I'm normally in Fresno), which is incidentally where I got my Blitzwing. In fact, that's the only time I saw that toy. Wonder if there's a connection? Anyway:

Transformers Animated: Transform and Roll Out!- Decided it was finally time to start buying Animated on DVD, and if you ask me this "Sell the pilot on a separate disc" thing is total bullshit. Oh well, at least I snapped it up while it was there. I'll probably buy Season 1 next paycheck. 'Course, I'm also planning on Getting Maria-Sama Ga Miteru S1 and One Piece S1 Part 2, plus Best Buy restocked on Blue Seed Complete Collections....yowch. Side question: Anyone know when Animated Season 2 is due out?
