Botcon 2010 is Generation 2

The originals... ok, not exactly, but the original named "The TransFormers" anyway. Take THAT, Diaclone!
Generation 1, Generation 2 - Removable fists? Check. Unlicensed vehicle modes? Check. Kickass tape deck robot with transforming cassette minions? DOUBLE CHECK!!!

I thought there was a Japanese Wildrider that was a repaint of Hot Rod? I doubt they'd do that again, although if they were going to do recolors anyway...

Yeah, but if it was G2 Wildrider, he'd be all yellow and black, so it'd look completely different from the Japanese variety.

And I gotta say, I it seems like a stretch to think that they'd do to repaints of the same Ultra-sized mold. Deluxe or scout, sure, but Ultra?

Someone needs to convince these bootleg toy guys that do the knockoff Defensors to do some in the G2 colors. It'd be hilarious.

I'm surprised they didn't just rehash Energon Superion in G2 colors.

Knock-off Defensor in G2 colors would sell better than any knock-off has any right to.

I've been wanting one since we saw him in the latest issue too. Don really outdid himself on that one, it's brilliantly designed. I love the way chunks of Motormaster come off and reconfigure themselves as the combiner kibble.

Smart money says it will be "Energon" Sharkticon recolored/retooled as Skybite.

I've been wanting one since we saw him in the latest issue too. Don really outdid himself on that one,
I think we have better odds of each getting a full set of convention Stunticons for less than $400 each.

Dom
-would be nice though.

Words cannot express the joy.

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

And we get another repaint of the Prowl/Bluestreak/Smokescreen mold. Which I love for some reason. Streetwise has too much black though. A lot of the figure's detail is lost in his color scheme.
