At the very least i'd like a $40 leader sized version of IDW Fort max,As this would be in scale with 2005 Cybertron Leader sized Metroplex & Energon $27.99 USA Ultra sized Scorponok.

Those other figures don't have anything to do with IDW and so the comparison is invalid. I was suggested Voyager size so that he would be in scale to other IDW molds produced so far.

I refuse to waste countless replies/minutes with you & Sparky anymore.

Sparky Prime wrote:I think IDW Fortress Maximus has only been shown to have transformed once, and it was only just barely shown on the panel at that... Can't remember exactly where I saw that though. I think it was in a more recent issue. And yeah, I think it'd be kinda cool to see a $20 toy version of IDW For Max as well.
MTMTE 15 is the issue, you see him transform into a tank from the front and transform back again all in a single panel. He's happy to see Overlord's back online.
It's hard to gauge his scale, but I'd want him to be Leader-class compared to Voyagers, he's still pretty big. I'd take a Voyager though.

Allow me to easily predict that this 30th titan Metroplex toy is going to go down as one of THE GREAT ONES. This toy will easily keep going up in value once it's no longer being stocked in stores. Similar to Armada Unicron's toy, this toy will be a royal pain trying to find in stores for the first few weeks/months. That's why I'm going to be ordering this toy on-line at either hasbro.com or TRU.com,then get free shipping. because TRU & HTS offer free shipping on exspensive items like this. I might even chose the Amazon.com ordering option as they also offer free shipping on exspensive items.
Dare I say,This is how Takara should be making MP TF toys,As far as them being less fragile,no diecast, easier to transform & more thicker/bulky sculpts. MP TF Megatron was a disaster due to the diecast parts rusting & the thin fragile designs of the toy. About the only MP TF toy I can say was made right was MP Grimlock due to it getting a thicker/bulkier design in both modes that was easier to transform compared to other MP TF toys.

You do realize that once Armada Unicron shipments caught up, they ended up flooding the market so badly that it went on clearance for 1/3rd its original price, right? Expensive product generally isn't hard to find unless you absolutely must be the first first first person to have it.
Amazon free super saver shipping is $25 and up, should be covered. HasbroToyShop is "most items" with a cart totaling over $50.
MP Grimlock is not without his flaws. Aside from the failing light-up fist wiring, there's also a lot of slop in the tolerances leading to a somewhat floppy figure experience, and tail parts coming off easily. I'll wait to see how Metroplex is before deciding that's the way forward with MPs. I like MP-10 Optimus, that seems like a very good balance overall of how to get things right, and even he's not perfect.

I'm aware it overloaded stores. still it was hard to find for the first 2 to 3 months it first came out. Most TF fans have no patience so waiting 2 to 3 months is the equivelant of 2 to 3 years to a average non-fans patience.

My points exactly,I ain't wasting gas nor competiting with other store buyers to buy this thing in stores. I'd rather order it on-line get free shipping, save gas, save traveling time & have the thing delivered to my house.

Point is, out of all the MP TF toys in existance,Most on-line fans rate MP Grimlock as the best of them all, even with all the minor flaws you just mentioned in this reply.

This is the internet crystal pics age/era. various fans & hasbro's official pics, have done a amazing job at showing off the titan metroplex toy in all the angles.
The pics were clear enough for me to decide I want to buy this toy. The pics & info about this figure were clear enough for me to know this toy will go down in history as ONE OF THE GREAT ONES,it's on MP level & the following: I can see all the poseable joints, color scheme, modes, joints technology,weapons/accessories,sculpt+details. height will be 24 inches tall in robot mode.
stuff we don't know but can easily speculate on based off past experenices on bigger sized TF toys are as follows: toy will have a simple transfortmation like most AEC supreme sized TF toys do. toy will be extremely tight in the joints like most AEC supreme sized TF toys are. toy will be made out of super thick strong high quality plastic like most supreme sized AEC toys are. Since it's a huge toy it will have some lights or maybe sounds like most bigger sized AEC Supreme toys have. Toy should have no problem having a stable robot pose on shelves/floor as the AEC supreme had stable display robot modes. toy has more articulated joints than AEC supremes & is in the level of MP TF Styled joints.
I base all speculations/guesses off of past experiences. I'm 100% certain based off past experiences this toy won't break in my hands while transforming it,it won't be a huge floppy mess in joints. the joints will be of high quality. this things plastic won't chip nor stain my hands when i play with it. all the hinges should be of high quality. since it's made of super thick tonka like plastic it should be able to take the beating a average kid puts it through.

I was just thinking a few hours ago,If Hasbro or Takara applies the MetroTitan colors on that 30th Titan Metroplex toy,the Metrotitan colors would look like badly applied bootleg/KO colors on that mold. those blues & reds that metrotitan has will look really bad in all three modes & will take the titan mold & make it look like a tonka play school toddler toy.
I like those titan metrolpex colors on this mold because the way their applied it makes the mold look higher age collectors adult themed in colors. The current colors really look like realistic military styled colors. now if hasbro adds reds & blues metrotitan colors on this toy it'll make this toy look like kiddie themed un-realistic un-military themed colors.
Other than for nostaligia reasons,I can't imagine why any TF internet fan would think the metrotitan colors would LOOK BETTER than the metroplex colors on this 30th Titan toy.

I can't understand why someone wants their transforming space robot toys to look 'adult'.
