I know Gambit's in it, at least. Rogue probably is too, I'm just too lazy to go look it up.

I've had fun lately pulling out my old Lucasarts/Lucasfilm games puzzle-solving adventure games lately and re-playing them. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Maniac Mansion, Day of the Tentacle, and Loom. I've even got my five year old interested in the last two.

I'm tempted to set up one of my old, discarded slow computers as a DOS machine so I can break out all the old DOS games I played back in the early 90s.

Why, when there's DOSbox?

Also, you might be interested in the Tales of Monkey Island games, if you had an attachment to the original series. I watched a friend play a bit of one, and it looked pretty fun. Old point-and-click adventure games are great for young kids, actually--there's not a lot of active conflict so they won't feel too bad if they suck at the game.

I never played the Monkey Island games, but I should try to get some copies. They've always looked like they'd be fun.

With the LucasArts games, there's a shell program called SCUMM that runs them all without having to resort to DOSbox. Great little program.

So they're turning Spiderman into Kratos? Awesome!

How're they doing that, at all? I don't understand the comparison.

The Rocketeer-esque outfitted Spidey looked like he was pulling off some very Kratos-ish maneuvres. Course, it should also be noted that I've been playing a lot of GOW and GOW II lately.

That's Spider-Man Noir. The Noir storyline is basically a 1930's mobster era type universe.

This game looks interesting. Though I'm more curious about who the other two universe's Spider-Men will be at this point. I'm thinking maybe 2099 and 1602. They'd match the difference of universes/eras that we see between Amazing/Noir at least.
