Transformers - ongoing series

The modern comics universe has had such a different take on G1, one that's significantly represented by the Generations toys, so they share a forum. A modern take on a Real Cybertronian Hero. Currently starring Generations toys, IDW "The Transformers" comics, MTMTE, TF vs GI Joe, and Windblade. Oh wait, and now Skybound, wheee!

"Body-snatching"? I'm not sure what you mean. But the point is, Hasbro it intervene to make some changes to the book.
I think he means body-switching. The way characters in the current series switch designs from series to series, and issue to issue.

So, #14 was supposed to come out yesterday/today. Anyone get it? 'Cuz I didn't. :?

I didn't have time to make it to the comic shop. For some reason though I did have time to pick up Thunderwing, Skullgrin and Cliffjumper :?

I didn't make it to the comic book store this week myself, but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be out next week. That's what Diamond Shipping's list has it scheduled at any rate...

Preview of issue 14 is up.

I am not entirely happy about the "crazy man listens to talking appliances" angle. But, Costa has a knack for setting me up for disappointment, and then wowiing me.

Oh hell yeah they do!

And, oh hell yeah I am beating Anderson!

Transformers #14:
It looks like Costa is taking a page from Furman's play book with this arc. The Decepticons are apparently sneaking around and launching false-flag attacks intended to destabilize their opponents. (On the other hand, it could also be a human faction doing the same sort of thing for their own reasons.) There are a few points that might be read as Costa pontificating about current events, and I *really* hope that is not the case for the sake of decorum. (I like Costa, so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt until provided with evidence to do otherwise.)

You'll probably get to make a habit of that. I can't access the site from work anymore... content blocker has finally registered TFViews as "shouldn't be on this at work" and blocked access.

So much for posting about Transformers when I should be working. :P

Got 14 today. I'm really interested in seeing where they're going with this Megatron angle. What's a Megatron corpse doing in Quetzaltenango, and how is it letting the people there make super-Walthers? I'm curious!
