That would've been Cyclone X. Haven't seen him in ages, actually, he used to be a regular at IaconHub. Hm.

Dom sent me that one after I showed him my work. It was a good execution, but a different concept in that it was using monkeys like the original, while mine is playing off their alt-modes by using a phone-bot for "hear no evil", a camera-bot for "see no evil", and a camcorder-bot for "speak no evil".

See, I didn't even pick up on that subtext.

I blame that on Zoomout's vague function. Booster would be a better fit for 'Hear No Evil', with Speed Dial as 'Speak No Evil', but Booster can't cover his ears.
