Did you see the G2 Legends-class Megatron that came out a few months ago? Sure it's tiny, but it's a pretty decent version of the figure, minus the neon-camo.

That "Legends" toy is great.

I gave him Nightstick from an extra Cyclonus. Ironically, I snagged the extra Cyclonus in anticipation of a TFU Jazz figure. (There were rumours of a TFU Jazz about 6 months back.) Given the dubious context of Artfire and his gun, I am in no hurry to paint Nightstick/Nebulan/Fracas/Cyclonus/Krunix/whatever.

If I had the skills and tools, I would bore a hole for the the Targetmaster into the vehicle mode. But, as it is best not to transform custom figures too often, this is not strictly necessary.

What now? are they on backwards? is he supposed to be yet another TF with weird tank-claws?

Indeed, I heart that figure. He just needs to be..bigger. I'd settle for the Combat Hero with Reverse Convoy's retooled turret in the larger G2 colour scheme, but I really really want a new, huge G2 Megs figure. He's such a nifty design, and carries through many more Megatron design elements than is immediately obvious. The original G2 Megs is among my favourite TFs, so more than a little biased.

From, weirdly enough, the Megatron wikipedia page, which was the first to yield the desired text:

"Many (possibly all) units of this figure have Megatron's splayed feet assembled backwards, a fact which is not immediately apparent as the "heel" half of his feet are actually larger than the "toe" half (this is the opposite of most splay-footed transformers), and the situation is not helped by promotional images (such as the one above) and the box-art photography displaying an identically misassembled figure. However, examination of the instructions and any attempt to transform Megatron into tank mode immediately demonstrate the mistake, which is easily corrected by unscrewing the halves of his lower legs and reversing the foot pieces."

The Special Edition repaint does not have the misassembly issue.

TFA Sunstorm vs. Ratchet- Shweet, found it! This was one of the more no-brainer TF purchases I've had in a while. Animated Starscream was one of my favorite toys last year, I'm one of those who's fond of the Sunstorm color scheme, Sunstorm was my favorite Starscream clone in the show, I don't own Activators Ratchet yet, and at $25 for a Voyager and an Activator, this set is actually a decent deal! I haven't de-boxed them yet, but I will soon, and much happiness should follow. One thing though: It took some SERIOUS pawing through the boxes to find a Sunstorm with decent paint on his face. Yeesh. Watch the quality control on these things.

One Piece Season 1 Fourth Voyage- Awesome!
Negima!? Part 2- Equal or greater awesome!

Noticing that the Universe and Legends section of every walmart I have been to in texas have been all but empty for over a month. A bunch of early wave Animated toys have come in, but NO COSMOS :x Target and TRU are hardly any better. What gives, eh?

Same here. I've seen 1 Rodimus and 1 Wheelie (which I bought), but that's it for new Legends class figures. I suppose they'll show up sooner or later.
