The pegs fit into the screw-holes on the mace, allowing him to carry it around, thugh there's not enough range of motion for him to use both feet at once.

Picked up Stealth Lockdown tonite. Nice repaint, but I could have done without the legends figs that come with him.

I need to see Lockdown, but I am tempted by the mold. Bumblebee might go well with my Voyager Bulkhead figure. Prime is just a wash though.
And, I picked up:
Mechanicum (Horus Heresy volume 9)
by Graham McNeill
Dom
-ain't getting that ugly Ratchet for anything.

Got paid some cash for some website work, and there's Nothing Else I wanted so...Manga binge. I'm working at the aunt's office again this week in Altoona, which gave me access to the Bigass Barnes & Knobles there.
-Rurouni Kenshin volumes 10 and 11.
-Trigun Maximum volumes 1 and 2.
This should keep me up for a month or so, at least. Neither of these are at the Border's in Indiana, so I snagged these here.

So, lessee.
I Moved. This meant transferring my internets, boxing up all my crap, and dragging it about ten minutes away from my old place. Heh. I've nabbed some new stuff along the way.
- Real Gear Photon. Half price, whee. The clearance of Movie Crap doth begin. He was the only one from that wave worth getting.
- A mini-fridge. It's fun size, teeny tiny, fits half a dozen beers or some bottles or milk or probably a decapitated head. Depends what I feel like keeping cool for late-night access.
New place has a projector screen too, so piled on the music DVDs:
- Nine Inch Nails: Beside You In Time. Not terrible, but average, I expected more after the stellar previous release, And All That Could Have Been. Some nice bonus features, and snappy lightshows for a few tracks. Got it dirt cheap thanks to a loyalty card ticking over a level.
- Nine Inch Nails: The Day The World Went Away single
- Garbage: Push It single
- Meat Beat Manifesto: Acid Again single
- Pink Floyd: The Wall
- Pink Floyd: Pulse
Woo!

Hey Dom I think you'd enjoy Lockdown. He's looks good in the clear plastic, and he seems a bit more solid than the original.
I never gave much thought to setting the bumblebee up with Bulkhead though. I might have to give that a try on the shelf.
And yes the Ratchet is ugly as hell. The completest in me had wanted to give him a chance, but once I saw him on the shelf, I was unimpressed.

So so so... if, hypothetically, I were to ask for an Animated voyager sized toy for christmas, which would be most worth my time? When there are chompy dinosaurs, four moded monstrosities, germanny-faces, and chinscreams milling about, I have a hard time choosing.

I finally figured that out. I was surprised they actually used the screw holes for something!
Also, said mace now has pop out flames. For stabbing?

Shockwave. Everything about this toy screams win. Plus, I own Grimlock and he's pretty disappointing if you ask me.

Stopped in the Altoona Wal-Mart on the way to the mother's for Thanksgiving, found...Joes.
-Pilot Scarlett
-Wraith, regular version
-Armoured CC, missed this one way back.
Wraith and Armoured CC, I'm saving for Christmas probably. The Joe display is about to get raunchy soon, what with Resolute Duke coming out--he'll replace the Jetpack Duke with the big obnoxious flag. And then...I guess I'll do something with him. Passing on CC and the Trooper, though, uniformity and that, and I already have two (Now three!) CCs anyway, so. Can't wait to see what Zap looks like, hopefully he fits with the other O13. It's just Flash, Zap and Short Fuze I need now...and I'll be damned if I'm paying $50 for repaints and vehicles I don't need for one figure that I could easily kitbash myself with the right stuff. (Incidentally, I'm using O13 Duke as Grunt, so.)
Going out for Black Friday tomorrow, but I dunno if I'll find anything.
