The season's, what, 16 eps? And there's going to be a movie to finish it up, so that's probably going to be a 5 parter when they chop it up for reruns, so the season *really* has 21 episodes, which is closer to the length of a full season. As such I expect the 16th episode will actually be more like the midpoint.

BH season 3 only has 13 episodes.
Thus far it is still unknown to the fans what the BH movie is.
1- The BH movie, might take the last few episodes from BH season 3, Episodes #11,12,13 & cleverly package them in a DVD movie that gets sold in stores.
2- or the BH Movie might take place after BH season 3 episode 13 left off.
I suspect Hasbro will reveal what this BH movie details are all about at various conventions this year like SDCC.Botcon & NYCC.

Another slow turd of an episode, but at least it had the most offensively over the top annoying moments with Miko yet. If I didn't know this show was ending in a few episodes, I would have walked right there, that shit with her in the Apex armor was too much stupidity, too much worship of this awful character on the part of the writers, it made no sense at all.
Also, as if everything else wasn't entirely moronic, at the end Wheeljack abandons the team YET AGAIN, and at this point it's impossible to look the other way at how selfish this character is. I liked Wheeljack, but he can see how desperate the situation is and yet the fate of the galaxy isn't enough for him to swallow his pride and work together.

Yeah. Wheeljack is a dick. Especially considering that Magnus wasn't really being that harsh or bad of a leader. And I'm sorry, JT, but I though Miko with the armor was great. I was laughing the whole way.

TFP/BH Wheeljack reminds me of BW Depth charge,as they both hate taking orders & hate being part of a team. incidentally they both had a ship at one point that they used to head towards the earth, the ship eventually gets destroyed & so forth.

Oh hey, with the Beast Hunters cartoon going, I've been meaning to follow up on a disagreement we all had way earlier:
TigerMegatron, variously wrote:1- Season 3 of TF Prime has a sub label called "beast hunters". This is a clear indication theirs gonna be a ton of beast for the autobots to hunt. the autobots are gonna get new weapons & armor gear to combat/hunt the beast.
1a- To assume their's only gonna be one beast to hunt is just naieve/silly. especially since most know Hasbro is creating 5+ other beast/predacons toys in 2013. To assume the autobots in season 3 won't use the armor gear & new weapons from the TFP 2013 Beasthunters toys is just stupid/ill informed/no back research.
1b-I highly doubt 6+ autobots need to gear up & go extreme weapons just for one beast to hunt.
season 3,Their will be Autobots dressed up in new armor gear & get newer weapons/accessories.
So, uh, halfway through the season already, have the Autobots gotten spiky, remolded, Beast Hunters gear yet?

^Also worth pointing out, there is still only one living beast in the show (so far). The Autobots are calling themselves Beast Hunters because they are trying to prevent the Decepticons from tracking down fossils rather than hunting and combating the beasts themselves.

My guess is the beast hunters gear will come & be worn by the autobots & decepticons in either the last 3 finale episodes of BH season 3 or maybe the possible BH Movie that will take place after BH season 3 ends.

I'll ask the same question again then, then.

Plus One
So Wheeljack didn't go solo after all. He returns to the base via groundbridge but immediately Fowler reports another Decepticon hot spot in New Mexico, and Arcee forces Wheeljack to come along with her. Meanwhile, Raf happens to find a Predacon talon online but with the Autobots all otherwise engaged, Fowler and Jack's mom decide it would be easy enough for them to get it, and of course get captured. Apparently pepper spray works on robots. Not sure how but whatever... Arcee and Wheeljack are able to recover their fossil with out any further Decepticon troubles, making one sample the Autobots actually keep out of Decepticon hands. And with Arcee and Wheeljack having to save June and Fowler, Knockout gets away with the talon giving the Decepticons now 4 samples. Oh, and Predaking finally displays a sign of intelligence.
So, pretty much a bit of a character development episode but not much in terms of actual plot progression. With only 6 episodes left, they aren't going to have much time to actually show off the Predacons...
