They are spammers, most likely not even bots but bot-assisted poor people in poverty-ruined countries that have internet access. The spammer uses their bot to gather context-appropriate material so they can create a comprehensible message to drop into a thread like this, and the bot also creates batches of free email accounts to sign up for boards like this. Then, the pathetic low-rent spammer uses his time, which is worth virtually nothing due to poor wages in his region, to manually create accounts on sites like ours, confirm the emails for signups, and make their 1 or 2 posts. The most recent one is from Pakistan.
