I have trouble figuring out stuff like that. Just going back to Beast Wars, you have over 10 years of toys. It is just a thought.

Perhaps it's just me, then, but I can recognize nearly any missile from any toy I've actually owned. It's kinda ridiculous.

I thought I could at one point, and talked the local secondhand shop into giving me a couple missles out of the "Dollar Box". The dollar box being where I got my Tarantulas, Retrax, and TM Airrazor outta. Anyhow, I was sure that these missles were for Magmatron, because they totally looked like the ones depicted in his instructions.

As it turns out...nnnope. For one thing, they were brown, but I figured it might be the same projectile mold, y'know? And, they were just a little too thick...

On the subject of a "Transforensics" section: See, the thing is, we never got people asking about stuff like that back on the old board. Never ever. So I'd say, just let 'em post it in one of the general sections, and if it looks like there's *really* high demand, we can make a whole separate section for it. But as it is now, I really can't see the point...

Yeah, just asking me works. :P

It's kinda sad, I'll stare at pics of mixed accessories with O6 for ages and point out various ones we know. Now those brown Mags-esque missiles have me intrigued. I take it they're closer to the Seasaur (Man, I love the name Seasaur) missiles, not the Skysaur ones that look like big red tongues?

You are correct, sir. My Magmatron has his Skysaur missles, but lacks the Seasaur missles. Like I say...what I've got, they look exactly like the Seasaur missles are depicted in Mag's instructions...but, they don't quite fit.

Maybe they are badly molded?

If I am the only one who consistently has a problem identifying parts, then I suppose we can just post threads as needed.

Pics?

Instructions are unreliable for missiles. Really. Half the time the instructions aren't even reliable for 'figures.'

Interestingly, TFU.info is down. I loathe TFU and its anti-Japan policy (FIRE CONVOY IS NOT A MINOR VARIATION OF RID PRIME) but it's good for missile pics.

TFU has not been updated in some time, which is irksome when trying to check on recent product. Still, it was the closest thing Transfans had to a "YoJoe.com" for parts ID and such.

Mmm...thing is, I don't know where these missles are right now. I've moved three times since I got 'em, and since they weren't to any figure I had, I didn't really bother keeping track. I may be able to find 'em, though...
