There are some wonderful people in my neighborhood, and then there are some jerks who think they're entitled to do whatever they want, whenever they want. It's probably much the same anywhere you go.

At the very least, was it an open party? That makes the whole thing more tolerable, if not entirely justifiable.

Good point. Fortunately I don't have those types of neighbors near my house, they've all been great. Anyone who would be doing that is fortunately far enough away that I probably wouldn't hear it.

It says something about our age and living styles that I am definitely one of those people. Fuck you, man, I've got inspiration--if I want to record vocals at 2am, you're damn well letting me.
