Sometimes I think we're too insular, but then, we actually do get new members, who have cool sigs and contribute to toy- AND story-centric discussions, so... clearly, we're not. And even if we were, I'd love to have that reputation amongst TF boards, of being the weird, small, closely-knit hillbilly community. The AllSpark may indeed be a town, but TF Views is a street all its own! And we're cosy.

I wouldn't call that advertising exactly... But yeah, they do seem to be pretty strict with stuff like that. Either way, I am glad you told me this board was here. I like that even with BWTF down, the message board community still exists in some form.

Anyway, I would not both talking about this place over at CA, as all of the CA members who are likely to care are already here.

As for Allspark's frequent "crashes", well...let us just say those are probably "controlled crashes".

I have no idea who Kal would flip out like that. Crossrook was just copy/pasting our initial email notification. (That text was based on a draft I used for a few of the early notification messages.) Okay, just to make it clear to everyone, we do not want to start trouble with other boards. I am glad guys like Crossrook are publicizing thing and getting the word out. But, use discretion when bringing up the board. We do not want anyone getting in trouble with other forums and such.
