That's weird, maybe contact JT to see if there's a glitch? I actually submitted the change to the group first and then when I noticed it didn't change the color on my username that's when I noticed the 'set default" button. Maybe you have to change it first then select it as default?

That's weird, I see you in the queue but it says it's open to anybody. I'll approve you for the group you're trying to join, please join a second one as well and see if it gives you the same problem.

Looks like it's just an issue with the Maximal group. It let's me freely join the other groups. Anyway, thanks for the approval!
