Well, I thought it was pure awesome up until that point. I'd be interested to know what you think of the second half of Season 4 when you get to it.

Takes them to move the world, yes it does.

You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have... my latest post. Sit Ubu sit. Good dog. Sorry, didn't wanna be left out

And today was EPIC HAUL DAY!! Went to the aunt and uncle's today and got a ton of woodworking equipment. Included is a band saw, a belt sander, a lathe, a drill press, a few vices one of which was owned by my great grandfather and it's actually still in pretty good condition, a hand powered blade sharpener/grinder (also owned by great grandfather), two hand drills, several bits and handsaws... I'll be able to do whatever woodworking I want now. And then, the mail came. Got MOTU Classics Queen Marlena with Cringer and a box I got off ebay. In it I finally got the damned version of Hot Rod I want! Henkei Hot Rod! and also this:

I thought I was just getting Classics Mirage with a chrome spoiler instead of flat silver but no! The front is chromed too with shiny blue detailing! This thing is WAY more pretty than I ever expected it to be.

I still think I prefer Classics Mirage. The chrome front part looks like butt when he's in vehicle mode; doesn't match 'at all.' Also always wanted a good shoulder launcher for him.

Anyway! I saw Cowboys & Aliens and Horrible Bosses at the drive-in with the girlfriend for a total of $12. I love the drive-in.

Cowboys & Aliens is really awesome just as a popcorn action movie but I can't help but walk away thinking there really needed to be a big kind of *WHAM* plot twist toward the end. I'll take my explanation to the movie thread.

Horrible Bosses was funny. It's a rental comedy movie. The one guy in it looks exactly like Jeff Dunham (the puppet guy) but absolutely isn't and that bothered me the entire movie. I wanted to see this but didn't want to pay a lot of money so this worked out perfectly.

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

I dunno, I think the front chrome works pretty well with the detailing on the back. Also I do have the Fansproject shoulder missile that came with the G3 trailer and it really looks nice.

Also, picked up MODOK's 11. To be reviewed in the comics thread.

Finally got something to post in here with.

A new PC.Started off as wanting only to get a repalcement motherboard, but ended up discovering that every part of the rig was dead or dying and had to replace it all.
And since I already blew a whole grand there, I pretty much lost any sense of prudence for spending on smaller stuff, so I ended up with:

A second-hand Timeranger Megazord (might be the Japanese edition, since I don't see any PR stickers or labels on it)

TFC Ex-Graver (judging by the size of his arm mode, the final Not-Devy gestalt is probably the size of Unicron)

Volumes 1 and 2 of "100 Bullets"

Volumes 32 - 34 of Magister Negi Magi

DotM Megatron (the commander class with trailer/playset; the sub-line's name eludes me at the moment)

Ar Tonelico Qoga for the PS3

So now I'm broke, and still waiting for my pre-orders of S.O.C. God Sigma and FansProject's Thundershred to come in next week.

Dude, what the eff?! Quit randomly revealing you like things I'm a huge fan of. And I *know* I've posted several times before about my love of Negima, so you've got no excuse for not seeing it before. ;)

Seriously though, what-language versions are those? Cantonese? We're only up to Vol. 30 here in English-Speaking-Land (not that that's prevented me from reading up to the most current chapter anyway, of course).

The movie comes out this month. Aw hell yeah. 8-)
