I am not going to ignore something official. Granted, I will not praise it to no end. But, official is official.
What Prowl is saying is that part of him would rather not have gotten "Reign of Starscream" if the price is a pile of bad comics later. (If nothing else, after "Reign", one is almost obligated to read the other comics in the hopes that they be good.)
And, point of information: That is actually the recolor of Ransack.
