Willis has a need to prove how whimsical he is about the hobby and manages to come across as obnoxious. He is like an unelectable politician. He crave attention, yet produces little enough of value. (Of course, in his defense, somebody likes "Shortpacked" enough to justify a third volume.)

The only people who are going to be swayed by an obviously biased wiki are the sort who would follow the crowd anyway. To be honest, I would rather have them bitching and whining about Drift or AHM than liking it, if only to keep them in a different camp than I sleep in.

Toy ads are a necessity. If you are running a web-page, you are likely to incur expenses. Ads mitigate those expenses. Toy reviews need to be objective and less "wow, this is Bludgeon so it is awesome". Look at DvD's toy reviews. Those are very useful, and have the sort of information one would hope to find on a good wiki.

I think everybody was gushing about Bludgeon, though. I know I did! I still am.

I've considered buying Wiki or Shortpacked adspace, actually. Seriously. I mean, why not? If nothing else, just to annoy Willis on some level. ("Here's money! Tidal Wave!")

Willis would likely be happy to have the advertising revenue. I doubt it would both him unless he really dislikes you specifically.

It looks like voting is closed.

I know I supported Shockwave in typical Boston style, voting early and often. (Some days, I voted 4 or more times for ol' one eye.)

I doubt it, but good luck, eh?

Hopefully they'll just release the results Tuesday.

I thought I read somewhere that they were going to announce the results at Botcon?

Yeah, bro. I did the same thing, only for Grimlock. But still!

Sonofabitch. It's Dinobot.

Walky's campaign seemed to work out okay. The next several strips are gonna be insufferable "Yay Choppaface!" shit aren't they?

I'm surprised. Not unhappy, since Dinobot's a great character, but surprised.
