If you don't see blue on the '86 Unicron proto, then you're not looking at the '86 Unicron proto.

To be fair, there's the 86 Takara proto which is green and yellow. But he's quoting Tigger.

Translucent chest aside, I like the '03 US release of the toy. It looks like the character it was purpose made for, which is worth huge points.


The black and green recolour is my least favourite because it is a same-character black recolour with very little context...and it is a huge toy to boot.

I probably like Takara's Unicron recolor into G1 colors with the head remold the best. Second best, and the only one I own, is the original Armada release.

Armada. I know it's not Geewun but I think it looks sharp. I find the recent ones too plain, like the gray box chest of the Amazon one

Pardon my lateness to the party, but I almost agree with you, the green on black looked really exciting and energetic. If they hadn't done the head so dark, I think it'd be my pick.


BTW, as to the spammers, they're real people-activated spam, so I just "helped" them to the logical conclusion of banning them and stripping the links.

I select black and white...
