Thundercracker!

The modern comics universe has had such a different take on G1, one that's significantly represented by the Generations toys, so they share a forum. A modern take on a Real Cybertronian Hero. Currently starring Generations toys, IDW "The Transformers" comics, MTMTE, TF vs GI Joe, and Windblade. Oh wait, and now Skybound, wheee!

Fucking well took them long enough.

Hey, I have no problem with people being able to get a good Thundercracker at retail. I just hope it had better QC than the damned Henkei figure.

2. The people who will be begging Hasbro to bring Skywarp and Ramjet back out since they skipped them even further back since they didn't think they'd ever be able to complete their sets.

Good point, even if Hasbro does not find some way to screw us on this, there is still no way to get a complete set. The only G1 colored Ramjet was Japanese. (Yeah, the 2006 "Classics" figure is nice and all, but it does not look right next to G1 coloured figures.)

In all seriousness, Hasbro has given me something I can spend the next few years complaining about.

My main fear here is that this toy will get scalped to hell and back. I'll have to be diligent.
Oh, yeah, that might happen.

- it could be "War for Cybertron"...maybe in "Shattered Glass" colors.

And I love how there's only one valid signature on the petition and it's the guy that created it. I guess this proves definitively that no one cares about Classics Thundercracker anymore.

Oh, man. I was just gonna post that, too. Yeah, I figure most people who've got the BotCon Thundercracker are probably not gonna rage about it that much, but it makes me happy to see that there's at least the one guy who's gonna go full retard and make threads like this.

Not as funny as SeekerGate was, but still, not bad at all.

I've been meaning to say that I find it rather funny that Thundercracker and Scourge are being packed in the same case. Now if only we'd get those new Insecticons toys we're talking about in the other thread, they could pack Bombshell in with a returned Cyclonus toy, and all will be complete.
Spoiler
Or continuing from the Blue Rumble thing, Hasbro will continue trolling us and pack Skywarp with Cyclonus.

I always went Skywarp/Cyclonus anyway. I know the animation says otherwise. I know the Wreckers comics say otherwise. But it just seems more right.

Now I think about it, you'd think I'd care more about Thundercracker, considering.

The comic in the Battle in Space set seems to indicate the Skywarp/Cyclonus thing. He basically spends the whole issue bitching about how he was always overlooked and never got any respect and how even Unicron didn't give him his due when he promised an Armada and didn't deliver. This bio doesn't seem to fit with Bombshell so I can only assume it implies Skywarp.

I have never been so glad to see a fan completely fail at something as I am at seeing Elias Weskerson fail.

Actually, I am really hoping this thing was a joke. The idea of somebody starting a petition to keep their precious toys exclusive is just shameful.

Dom
-still guessing Hasbro will find a way to screw this up.

Huh, I thought the date on Thundercracker was May, not Feb. Nice. I just checked the case breakdown, it's 2x for each figure! Kup, Scourge, Thundercracker, and Wheeljack: http://www.entertainmentearth.com/prodi ... r=HT98452G

Wait, what the hell? That's a Generations case, I thought Generations went sleepytime, hence Reveal the Shield mainline.

That petition is hilarious.

See, that one's a camcorder, that one's a camera, that one's a phone, and they're doing "Speak no evil, See no evil, Hear no evil", get it?
