I feel like I SHOULD be a Star Trek fan, sometimes. And a Star Wars one, for that matter. Heck, even GI Joe (Action Force!). But I really really just can't.

Fandom is weird!

Later Star Trek and Star Wars, particularly, give me actual physical headaches because of their horrible lighting and CG. Anyway, sorry for going offtopic again.

The DS9 tribble episode bugs me for the fact that the whole point of the episode was to have "OMG, the new guyz with the olded guyz, kewl". And, an episode being "remembered fondly" is not the same as it being so great it needs to be constantly referenced. Was "Trouble with Tribbles" a bad episode? No. But, it was not the greatest thing even since sliced bread.

Actually the whole point of that episode was that it was DS9's tribute episode for Star Trek's 30th anniversary.
