Yeah, it was quick and easy (thanks, FedEx Kinko's!)-- mind you I waited until today, I didn't rush out yesterday. Which may or may not have been smart, but it seems to have worked out.

The problem is that people who wanted to get into the customizing classes needed to register quickly. For guys who just want to go to the con itself, there is less urgency.

I'll be on the ground in Pasadena tomorrow. I'll probably do some updates from there, as I'll have my laptop. (Probably in a new thread, all official-like.) Hoping the convention center has some wireless internet access...

JT (or anyone else, for that matter), if you want to get together, give me a shout! We can have a TFViews meet-up and get our drink on. Apparently there aren't many people from here able to go, but I'd love to hang out with any of you.

The convention center was opened only a month ago, I'm not sure if their wifi is up. They do have a company contracted for it, but I don't know if they have any public wifi yet. I'm hoping so, but if not, there's a Starbucks a block away.
