It starts at the very beginning with Action #1. Off the top of my head, it's got Superman stories from the first 30 issues of Action, the first seven issues of Superman, and 2 issues of World's Fair Comics (which would later become World's Finest I think), all in order of publication. Not that there's much continuity, but it allows me to see the character develop over the first few years.
