Metalhawk's resentment of BB makes sense in context. The planet was wrecked, and as soon as the war ends....some little yellow bastard is running the show....why? Metalhawk, not without reason, blames both factions for everything that went wrong.

Metalhawk not trusting Turmoil also makes sense. Giving soldiers a chance to leave the war behind is one thing. But, giving a guy with a track record of gratuitous atrocities a pass is another.

-not touching that whole Hawk/Minerva thing.....

What I find funny about the whole Trailcutter thing is that in the character roster on the back page of MTMTE it still lists him as Trailbreaker. Even though the page before that advertises "Trailcutter" spotlight.

That's because Trailbreaker is going to change his name to Trailcutter in that issue.

And if anybody doesn't believe me, uh.

That would be great if I could actually read that. I'm not signing up for damned twitter. Ever.

Now get off my lawn you damned kids!

You can read it without having a Twitter account. Roberts' Twitter is public.

(What's your aversion to it? I'm curious.)

When I clicked to see the whole post nothing happened and it implied that I needed to register or sign in. My aversion to twitter is the same one I had to Myspace and Facebook. Obviously I caved on fb, but I'm drawing that damned line on twitter. It probably comes from seeing so many people wandering around tweeting useless crap all the time. For God's sake, put the damned phone down once in a while and have a real human interaction with a person once in a while! The world is so impersonal nowadays.

On a personal level I have nothing worth tweeting and I don't care enough about anything to follow anyone else's.

My Twitter is my Facebook; I don't bother doing anything on either one that I'm not doing on the other. But I've used Twitter to do lots of useful things. I've set up podcasts with it. I've worked out details of a deal with Scourge. I've set up meeting plans with Striderneko. Granted, these are also all things that could be done via instant message, or texts, or whatever. But having one more outlet to do so is awfully convenient.

Still not sure why it tried to make you sign in; it's definitely public. I'm not signed in right now (I use a third-party client program so I can manage everything in lists. I follow too damn many people.) and I can see it just fine.

Here's a screencap, though.

When it trails off with the ... doesn't that mean there's more? Or is that all there was to the post? Cause I did see that.

No, it doesn't. That's just Roberts using an ellipsis. Tweets can't be more than 140 characters.
