Zing!

I bought Pokemon Adventures manga. It's titled "The Best Of Red!" or somesuch, but it's really just the entire first volume. I figure they're never going to properly publish this as a series, so I might as well get what they 'are' releasing since I like everything I've read online of the series. Based closer on the games? Yes please.

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

I saw! Deep Cover is awesome.

I put together the prototype for my album I intend to produce and sell for $3. Five-pack booklet!

Well, 86 went out to Auckland for the week to go see Nine Inch Nails and hang out with people, just got back today. I dunno where everyone else is.

I sorta want that Joe pack, and incidentally a friend of mine is actually intending to get into the 25th now, because he's caught by Movie Hype. I actually told him it was a shitty time to get into it as there's like next to nothing coming out for the line anymore, but whatever.

God I hate it when that happens. I'd feel the same way about Energon on DVD had the individual select-episodes-only discs I bought cost me more than seven bucks a pop. ANYWAY:

Transformers: All Hail Megatron vol. 1- I like this series just enough to justify a Trade purchase, and I have a strong feeling that it will read much better in this format.
Ghost Talker's Daydream vol. 3- Oh hey look, they're putting this series out on a timeframe that allows me to REMEMBER about it. I got the sole copy Borders had, woo.
DC Universe Classics Cyborg- Yay Cyborg! I'd like to think that this gets me ever closer to a full set of DCUC Teen Titans...if Starfire wasn't a GOD DAMN WEBSITE-EXCLUSIVE! That's it, it's official: I can now *actually* see where the people who bitched about Botcon Thundercracker were coming from, and I apologize for playing down your plight. *sigh* At least Cyborg seems nice enough. I appreciate the swappable hand-weapons.

I don't really know where everyone else went either. The only reason I haven't been posting is...no one else has. *shrug*

DC Universe Classics Black Manta- Dammit, I'm definitely hooked on this line now. I mean, I bought Black Manta! Effing BLACK MANTA! I don't even have an Aquaman for him to fight! And it's not like I can use him to build a Legion of Doom, since I have no intention of getting all the toys to build Gorilla Grodd and Giganta, Brainiac's an online-exclusive, and I've got the wrong Sinestro anyway. The hell! It's easy to see why Manta's shelfwarming though; aside from his head, he is literally the basic DCUC body in ALL black! No paint apps at all. I mean, I know it's accurate to the character, but they could've...tried...something, I don't know. And even then they still couldn't paint the head right. I got the ONE out of SIX at Target who had a decently painted head. But I still like him, because he's Black Manta, which counts for more awesomeness in my book than you'd know.
