Transformers comics going to Marvel?

That's the rumor right now, based apparently on the fact that Rom has gone back to Marvel and they're publishing an omnibus of old Rom comics. Might be interesting to see the original Marvel Transformers collected in omnibus format, fully restored, assuming this is true. I wonder how Marvel writers and artists would handle the property today?
