I think we can,by putting all the pieces to the puzzle together. We all know from watching previous TF live movies. these movies don't have any complex plots. the plots seem singular & simplified. so since we know of plots already,will that be it?

0- Lockdown captures optimus & puts him on his ship. once on lockdowns ship,optimus escapes & frees some deativated ancients robots. these ancients robots become the dinobots via time travel & scanning dinosaur alt modes.
00- At some point the American Government tells the autobots to leave america. probably due to all the destruction done to america from the TF3 movie. The autobots move overseas near the china region.
000- Kelsey Grammer is probably gonna be a knock off version of TF marvel comics G.B Blackroth & TFP silas. as he appears to have the money,tech & resources backing him to fight the transformers by building his own earth based transformers army. most likely done from reverse engineering megatron & other badly damaged transformers in all the previous TF live action movies. A TF4 Kreo play set toy has revealed a factory that build robots,will this be in the movie?
0000-Will the earth humans built robots be exo-suits? headmasters/powermasters? remote controlled? will galvatron take control of this earth built robot army,upgrade them like 1985Megatron did with nightbird in 1985? Hasbro hinted at almost a dozen mystery TF4 toys they didn't want to reveal at the 2014 NYC Toyfair because it would spoil some movie plots. So can we speculate the unrevealed toys were the earth built transformers? maybe more decepticons in TF4 like big brutes like MF Overlord,Tidalwave,City formed Trypticon,Combiners?
1- Galvatron appears to be Megatron reborn. this appears to be the humans on earth gathering all the damaged pieces of megatron from the end of the TF3 movie & fixing up this robot.
1a- Is it safe to assume the earth humans try to attach some type of control chip on TF4 Galvatron & attempt to control him? Will Galvatron play possum & make believe he's under there control? Will he be under the humans contro until he wakes up?
2- the earth built transformers are most likely reversed engineered from Megatron. it's also possible the earth built transformers have been built & reassembled using other transformers that were badly destroyed & found by the earth humans.
2a- What sort of intelligence will these earth built robots have? we all know the earth humans can't create transformers sparks on there own. will these earth robots be created using megatron's spark shards? maybe using other heavily damaged robots bidoes with sparks removed? maybe the heavily damaged allspark cube is being using by these earth humans? maybe the earth built army are exo-suit? headmasters? powermasters.

4- there's definately some time traveling in this TF4 movie. Drift has a eqyptian face,so he probably is able to time travel & let others time travel with him.
5- TF4 seems to be taking the TFP Silas & Marvel TF comics G.B Blackrock robot technology building to newer extreme levels.
6- Lockdown is mostly likely part of that plot of all those massive decepticon ships in space hovering over earth. its possible when optimus in the TF3 movie destroyed the space bridge with cybertron caught in it. cybertron got destroyed or badly damaged or flung thru the universe. lockdown & these starships are most likely trying to bring optimus to justice for doing what he did to cybertron.
7- there's just got to be a big decepticon brute or a few trying to fight the autobots on earth in the TF4 movie. it's just hard to believe there's gonna be over 12 autobots (dinobots included since they are autobots factions) & only 3 decepticons in this tf4 movie.
7a- While galvatron is big & can hold his own against over 12 autobots in this TF4 movie. he can only do it for so long. the other two decepticons are not powerful to fight off 12 autobots at all. So some kind of big decepticon brute is needed like MF Overlord,tidalwave,Trypticon,combiner,
8-Those human built transformers army,at some point galvatron will take control of them & use them against the autobots & earth humans. I can totally see these earth built transformers being something similar to a BM drone army,TFP Drone Vehicons or Energon Terrorcons drone army,once galvatron gets them under his power/command.
9- As much as some want TF4 Bumblebee to speak via a voice over actor,like he did in the BH 90 minute movie. I think the cat is out of the bag. TF4 bumblebee won't speak,he'll have that annoying radio clips soundbytes like he did in the previous TF live movies.
10- Lockdown & Drift are gonna be bitter rivals & have some big fight with back story origins. like G.i joe snake eyes & Storm Shadow have.
11- Dinobots get there dinosaur alt modes from traveling to the earths past in this TF4 movie. so this means there is some kind of tech that makes the robots time travel. Maybe it's drift,maybe something the new autobots human allies find like old cybertronian artifacts.
12- many have already ruled out a Unicron presence/plots in this TF4 movie.
13- It's possible lockdown might be a part of another ancient decepticon empire not part of megatrons decepticon army. Perhaps the TF4 movie is using some story plots/origins from the IDW TF comics like the "knights of cybertron","lost light crew",G-2 Jhiaxus/hub crew. Maybe some cancelled plots from the TFP cartoon series like the Prirates,wreckers,elite guard.
13a-Lockdown is most likely playing some sort of bounty hunter role in TF4 like he did in the TFA cartoon series. Lockdown probably won't be that loyal to TF4 galvatron. TF4 Lockdown is going to play a nuetral faction role. TF4 Lockdown & TF4 Optimus are going to probably wind up on good terms with each other & respect each other at the end of the TF4 movie.
14- it looks like more ancient cybertronian artifacts are found in this TF4 movie. could hasbro be trying to rework the 13 original primes in this TF4 movie. is this where drift came from? was drift rebuilt by one of the original 13 primes or knights or lost light or?
15- will the TF4 dinobots transform into robot modes in movie or is this just for the toy line? who knows? hopeufully they talk but i ain't getting my hopes up for that. TF4 Grimlock's toy can speak human dialogue words,so who knows. Will the TF4 movie dinobots just make beast noises or talk in human words? Maybe just TF4 Grimlock talk's human words in the TF4 movie.
16- based off info we've seen. Optimus leaves earth aboard Lockdowns spaceship at the end of the TF4 movie,to face justice for damaging/destroying cybetron. the dinbots probably go on board the ship too since thats where they were initially. Optimus probably agrees to leave earth aboard lockdowns ship if lockdown agrees to leave earth with his decepticons spaceships. Optimus offers lockdown a peace treaty & agrees to board lockdown's ship. to prevent the decepticon's ships hovering over the earth from destroying the earth & it's life forms.
17- Clearly Optimus when he leaves earth at the end. Has to appoint another autobot faction team leader to police the other autobots left behind on the Earth. we all know it won't be bumblebee because he can't talk properly using his own words,just radio sound bytes. Ratchet might not be in this TF4 movie. It's possible this TF4 movie will have another big brute high command ranking autobot we haven't seen yet. perhaps hasbro didn't want to reveal his toy/info at the 2014 NYC toyfair yet. Maybe Rodimus is in TF4 movie. Maybe Ultra Magnus. Perhaps Drift is powerful & hugh ranking enough or hound to get left in charge by optimus at the end of this TF 4 movie.
18- I was hoping for more 5 man team combiners in this TF4 movie. seems like a dream at this point. I figure the decepticons are gonna need something huge & powerful to fight off those Five Dinobots like a combiner,city bot,drone army or a big brute like MF Overlord or Tidalwave.
My guess is the humans or Galvatron use the human earth built robot army against the dinobots. Perhaps this drone army will be able to form a 5 man gestalt combiner.
19-TF5 will most likely introduce the tripple changers,sixshot,city-formers,more animal-bots,MF Over lord,Tidalwave,Combiners. perhaps Jhiaxus,the Hub & the G-2 Transformers cloned army
20-TF6- Might involve unicron & his loyal servants. Perhaps maybe also introduce the Quintessons.
