Check out new,'Predacons Rising" exclusives recolors toys

No noses? No problem! Zombiebots? Sure, why not. A confusing new canon that allows loose and contradictory material? And now a new sequel show with an entirely different art style that takes place way in the future!

My 2 cents: I like some of the recolors,as I think they look awesome,I would have created better newer names.

Skylynx,I would have given the BH Predaking voyager or ultimate mold, not that deluxe mold.

Instead of Cryofire, for that voyager Predaking mold,I would have done a BW TM2 Megatron repaint with a newer meatron retooled head.

It's a 50/50 with BH Darksteele,I love the grey hate the blue,I think with this mold,I'll be doing color parts swaps with grimwing & darksteele---->basically i'll be using grimwing's dark grey but swapping out his grass green with that silver that darkstele has. THIS IS GONNA BE ANOTHER EPIC PARTS SWAPS.

Oh damn, aside from the obvious joy I feel at a Sky Lynx homage, new Sky Lynx just has way nicer colors in general than Skystalker. Granted, I'm probably gonna buy both, since I intend to bulk up my Predacon forces as much as possible, but I'm just impressed at how nice it looks, s'all.

Others ain't bad either, with Dark Steel looking nice, Cryofire Predaking looking cool as well (and giving me the opportunity to laugh at the phrase 'Cryofire'. They really should've just called him 'Freezer Burn'.) and some of those various Cyberverse recolors turning out well (I might buy the BombShockWave set if I see it, since I dig both of those molds). The scheme on that Commander Predaking repaint is nice as well.

Interesting that Target's going all-in for a whole subline of exclusives like this, we'll see how it plays out for them.

Wasn't the Abominus giftset rumoured to be Target-exclusive? if so, that'd make this it. Kind of disappointing that I won't be able to pick it up in its original colours, if true...

Also, Target has done similar subline things for Star Wars before. With the half-death of that toyline, it's not surprising for TF to pick up the baton.

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

Hasbro thus far is releasing Three different colors variations for the BH Terrorcons molds. 1- The mass release colors. 2- the Target gift set abonimus colors with translucent parts. 3-The recently revealed "Predacons rising" legends BH 2 packs with the terrorcons getting different colors.

I prefer my USA TF retail store exclusives to be primarily at Walmart & target,as both stores offer it's customers decent volume & set store release dates. The major bonus is both stores offer deep clearance on store exclusives that become shelf/peg warmers.

I hate it when TF store exclusives in the USA are in TRU stores. Because their are no set release dates. much lower volume. TRU stores are known throughout the USA to have employees & managers that hide & buy up all the rare & store exclusives, making it harder for customers to find these things at TRU stores. Lastly,Tru stores rarely have sales on store exclusives.

I have nothing against repaints,as it gives buyers the option of selecting the favorite color scheme applied to a TF mold that the buyer likes.

Kmart is another bad USA retail store to get TF store exclusives. As the Kmart corporation picks & choses which stores get & don't get the exclusives. their are no set release dates. volume is lower than what walmart or target gets. exclusives take forever to get to a kmart store.
