SWTF TIE Bomber at Target in SoCal, with price increase

That price increase and the lack of minifigs kept me from picking it up. That and the wings are just left on the forearms, that's crap!

So, at West Los Angeles Target, they also had a lone SWTF TIE Bomber, and their price was $15.99. Confusing.
