Animated Deluxe Wave 4 in CA?

Post by BWprowl »

...by which I mean when I got to Target tonight (and picked up Universe Galvatron), I saw a couple Elite Guard Bumblebees and NO OTHERS! Lousy scalpers... I want Sentinel Prime and Swoop, durnit!

Elite Guard Bumblebee is just Bumblebee cosplaying as an EG member, BTW.

You've at least seen one to confirm the wave is in your area. I have yet to see wave 4 or Magnus.

Well I mentioned it a few days ago in hauls, but I might as well follow up here: Found a full Wave 4 at Wal-Mart.

No Magnus though, sorry Wreck. Has...anyone seen Magnus in stores yet?

What's the next Deluxe Wave? Wreck-Gar? Blurr? Swindle?

I've read of a few people on other forums who have found Magnus, not really anything widespread, but he is out there.

Wave five is suppose to consist of Bumblebee, Blurr, Swindle, and Blazing Lockdown.

He's a Mega, so no.

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

Bumblebee? Buh? Are we already getting a third repaint, or is this a reship of the original version?

I'm guessing it's the regular version.

It looks like they "premium"ed the paint just a little, but could be Hasbro photo shenanigans.

See, that one's a camcorder, that one's a camera, that one's a phone, and they're doing "Speak no evil, See no evil, Hear no evil", get it?

Yeah, that preimium crap bugs me. If you want to put a figure out with a superior paint job then put it out on the first realease. Don't sell one that's sub par and then after a repaint or two of the same character re-release the original and call it premium.
