Linkara on Marvel TF issue 31

The originals... ok, not exactly, but the original named "The TransFormers" anyway. Take THAT, Diaclone!
Generation 1, Generation 2 - Removable fists? Check. Unlicensed vehicle modes? Check. Kickass tape deck robot with transforming cassette minions? DOUBLE CHECK!!!

I pretty much just watched the AVGN of games that I liked. And I actually found that I agreed with most of what he said (especially the hour long Castlevania special). I have to wonder if he's ever reviewed any phone games. I can just imagine the epic rant that the current Transformers Legends would illicit. That thing is buggy as all hell.

There is. Nerd, Fanboy... Neckbeard is just a more derogatory term for the same thing, akin to 'Sperglord', and the like.

The internet having this many different words to describe nerdy folks is akin to the whole eskimos/ice situation, I would presume.

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.

Gomess's signature (at some point) said "LEAVE THE BRONX," or something like that. It was an obscure movie reference that I didn't get, but it was so hilarious and out of place that I stole it and made it the inverse. STAY IN THE BRONX.

Alright, I asked him (he and I e-mail each other regularly):
Gomess wrote:Heh, it's from a trashy post-apocalyptic 80s Italian movie (but filmed mostly in New York) called Escape from the Bronx or Escape 2000, among other things. Henry Silva constantly going round at the head of his "disinfestation squad" yelling YOU ARE ORDERED TO LEAVE THE BRONX, guess I'd just recently watched it or something. Curse of being a bad movie lover. =3
So, there you have it. Honestly, all this time I'd thought Six's sig had come first, with Gomess's being the response. Chickens and eggs and all that!

Hey.

Private messages and stuff have gotten kind of wild here. I recently sent a very bardy "good morning" message to several members. Most of them do not like to talk about it. This is getting to be a thing.

How have you been?
