Show of hands who wants the next Takara MP to be Galvatron?

The modern comics universe has had such a different take on G1, one that's significantly represented by the Generations toys, so they share a forum. A modern take on a Real Cybertronian Hero. Currently starring Generations toys, IDW "The Transformers" comics, MTMTE, TF vs GI Joe, and Windblade. Oh wait, and now Skybound, wheee!

Show of hands who wants the next Takara MP to be Galvatron?

Personally,I do.

It doesn't even have to have a Laser canon alt mode. just give me a leader sized MP Galvatron that has a G-1 1986 styled Galvatron robot body with tons of poseabilty. The thing can transform into a tank like classics 2.0 galvatron or a jet like the energon galvatron toy.

Yes,I really want a MP G-1 Galvatron that transforms into a laser canon alt mode. however beggers can't be choser's. If the weird simplistic transformation laser canon alt mode is the hold up on this MP Character toy. then assign it a more complicated retro alt mode like a tank or jet. just to get the toy out to the public.

I'm sick & tired of getting MP TF toys that are not even on my top 30 list of wanted MP TF toys. like MP Lambor/sideswipe & MP Soundwave. Soundwave is lame-o because he transforms into a rectangular box. Sideswipe is stupid because it's deluxe sized & we already got a few decent sideswipe toys like the botcon siodeswipe, classics 2.0 deluxe sideswipe,ROTF HA Sideswipe.

MP TF toys that are on my top 10 list are as follows:

1- MP G-1 styled Galvatron

2- MP G-1 Styled 1988 masterforce Overlord

3- MP G-1 styled 1986 Predaking

4- MP Smaller scale, bulkier, ratchet jointed thick legs G-1 1984 Gun Megatron. because MP-05 Megatron is complete garbage, too skinny, has pin joints. has daddy long legs. is 14 inches tall & out of scale with everyone. too fraigle. comic rust feet & back bone. over sized fusion arm canon that makes the robot mode tip to one side.

5- MP 1985 Tripple changer G-1 Blitzwing.

6- MP 1985 Tripple changer G-1 astrotrain.

7- MP 1989 Starsabre.

8- MP 1989 Victory leo

9- MP G-2 Megatron

10- MP 1985 Shockwave that transforms into a space laser gun.

I think MP lends itself best to realistic alt modes. As much as I like MP Grimlock, he's the worst of the bunch so far IMO because he's a fairly simple transformation and kinda small.

That said, if they did a good job with MP Galvatron I'd consider it.

See, that one's a camcorder, that one's a camera, that one's a phone, and they're doing "Speak no evil, See no evil, Hear no evil", get it?

I actually thought MP Grimlock was the best of the MP TF toys. due to it being less fragile, easier to transform. decent size & decent 1985 homage in both modes.

MP-05 megatron is the worst of the lot.

It doesn't matter if Grimlock is maybe less complicated or smaller than other Masterpiece toys, he's the best Goddamn Grimlock toy ever.

People spend so much time worrying about whether a figure is "mint" or not that they never stop to consider other flavours.
