MP BW toys,anyone want them?

I've got a few awesome ideas:

1- I think Tigertron should be the first BW MP because he's got the most beautiful beast mode & robot mode of the toy line/cartoon series. similar to MP-12 Lambor,tigertron can get repainted into cheetor & shadowpanter.

2- BW MP Tigertron needs to be voyager or ultra sized in order to make a awesome toy impact that's epic to the next level. lets seperate the BW MP toy line from the MP TF toy line. like the Takara Movie-verse MP TF toys. give the BW MP's different number codes like BWMP-01

The BW MP'S needs to be a seperate entity from the MP TF's. because then everyone will complain about size comparisions.

according the the BW cartoon. the BW characters were barely the size of of the TF G-1 robots heads. I don't want BW MP's the size of minicons,legends,basics or deluxes to fit in with the toy size scale of the MP TF G-1 character toys. thats why I want them seperate MP Entities like the movie verse MP TF toys,with different MP code numbers on the toy boxes/instructions.

3- Lets put fake synthetic fur on the Tigertron beast mode. to play off the BW Season one cartoon theme. of the beast modes protecting the characters from the high energon levels on earth.

4- Lets make the tigertron guts/somach gun looks like real guts under the gun.

5- Add battle roar sounds & light up beast eyes & light up robot eyes.

6- Have the robot chest open to reveal a spark inside the chest with a maximal logo inside.

7- Have the beast tail transform into a Sword.

8- weapons & accessories could be: stomach gut gun,tail sword,energon crystals. VOK artifact.

Other BW characters that I think would make awesome BW MP Toys are as follows:
(1) BW2ND Lioconvoy,leader sized,super poseable in both modes. fake fur,cool weapons. make the sculpt look like a realistic white lion. Spark crytal under robot chest with maximal symbol in it. get rid of all the gimmicks the original toy had. weapons could be huge sword,optimus styled riffle gun. Matrix of leadership accessory that can be held in the robot hands & be inserted into the robot chest.

I honestly only want to see Beastwars characters that had beautiful realistic/real beast modes & robot modes get the BW MP TF toy treatment. I mainly want beastwars characters with mammals beast modes get BW MP TF toys.

I think only the 1996 & 1997 BW toy years should get the BW MP TF toy treatment. as they have the most realistic animal alt modes. with no cyborg parts on the beast modes nor mechanical beast modes. I don't want to see any fuzors nor insects get the BW MP TF toy treatment.

I agree with you on the scale, they definitely shouldn't be to scale with other MP figures because like you mentioned, they'd basically be either minicons or... deluxes which is what we have now. Personally, I'd love to see the spiders done, Blackarachnia and Tarantulus. Terrorsuar would be a must and of course, the cats Cheetor and Tigatron. I actually wouldn't mind seeing the Transmetals get the MP treatment as well.

Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind seeing BM Megatron get the MP treatment as the repainted Transmetal dragon with the "housecoat of doom" that could actually wrap around him.

I'd actually prefer the scale to be more on the smaller side. I mean, if you did an Ultra sized Tigatron, then you're talking a Super/Leader sized Inferno and some other pretty huge characters. And actually, I'd say Optimus Optimus is pretty close to scale with MP-01 Optimus Prime as it is.

Most of the Beast Wars toys I'd say were fairly show accurate to begin with, so I don't think they really need Masterpiece versions. Some of the reissued 10th Anniversary line figures pretty much were Masterpiece versions having been made more show accurate. Though it would still be nice to have a few other characters a bit more show accurate and properly scaled to each other...

In my fan opinion below:

1- The BW MP Toy treatment won't be for everyone. nor will it be a full fledged line full of 12+character toys. I only want to see under three BW MP toys ever get made. just to get them into the MP TF toyline. so fans of BW can have something made in hugh MP quality for their adult fan needs.

2- I want the best BW candiates that will transfer well into the MP BW toy treatment. un-like the MP TF G-1 character toys faction
shouldn't factor in. since a big chunk of BW toys/media were ugly,mis-proportioned ,over gimmicked & some had claws for hands.
only a select few BW Media/toys were beautiful,had decent proprtions,had actual fingers on their hands.

3- Even attempting to have the MP BW toys being in proper scale with the MP TF G-1 toys would be toy/media suicide on so many levels. to get proper toy scale the MP BW toys would have to be minicon or basic sized. So lets just have the MP BW toys being a seperate entity like the Movie verse MP TF toys are,complete with their own numericial code like MPBW-01 Tigatron,MPBW-01 Lioconvoy,MPBW--03 Rhonox. MPBW-01C Cheetor,MPBW-01S Shadow panther.

Which scale are you talking about here? Because, the G1 Masterpieces already have two scales as it is, with MP-01 and Megatron larger than the others they've made. So no, they wouldn't have to be that small to be in scale with those two at least. Like I said, Optimal Optimus is about in scale with them as it is.

I'm not sure that would include candidates like Lio Convoy or Shadow Panther, since Lio was only seen in Japan and Shadow Panther wasn't in anything. I'd think that would be a hard sell. They'd probably stick to the first Beast Wars series and a version of Optimus Primal and Megatron would likely be the first.

Come to think of it... It would be cool to see a Masterpiece Optimal Optimus. Totally show accurate with retractable cannons, maybe a 'Optimus Prime spark holder' accessory. They could even reuse the mold to make Optimal Megatron, with Diagnostic Drone and maybe a spark extractor. TM2 Megatron could definitely be more show accurate, and like Shockwave said, come with the 'housecoat of doom' for his Beast Machines look.

after some thinking it over. I've decided to re-work/re-design my MP BW Lio Convoy toy idea. to make it better. because their were a lot of things I didn't like on the 1998 lio convoy toy like the robot chest & abdomen sculpt,the robot arms,the robot head design,the beast sculpted fur & other things.

1- I want MP BW Lio Convoy to be the first MP BW toy made. number it MPBW-01 Lio Convoy. Masterpiece Beastwars Lio Convoy,leader sized. extremly super poseable. Try to make the Plastic sculpted white lion fur very thick,rigid & layered . get rid of all the Gimmicks the 1998 Beastwars 2nd lioconvoy toy had. re-design the robot upper chest with 2 optimus truck truck cab glass robot chest square windows like the movie verse optimus prime toys have. re-design the robot arms to slightly resemble the 1984 optimus prime cartoon arms. have the robot stomach/abdomen area look like the TF Prime optimus leader toy abdomen area. leave the robot legs looking like 1998 lioconvoy's toy. keep the hockey styled knee caps on the MP design like the 1998 toy has. have the beast tail look like a sword,so it can transform into a sword for the robot fist to hold. design a riffle gun that looks exactly like the 1984 optimus prime toy gun. design the robot head to look like the movie verse leader sized optimus prime robot head sculpt. keep the flip out lion's claws that the 1998 lioconvoy toy has. have the lion mode feets/toes be extremly poseable. I want decent big sized lion ears on the lion beast head. light up fist so the gun & sword can light up. have the lion eyes & robot eyes light up. maybe add a roaring beast sound for the lion mode. have huge lion teeth that has a mouth button that opens & closes. have a light up spark with a maximal logo inside the robot chest. have a matrix of leadership pop out/in accessory that can be placed inside the chest chamber or be held in the robot poseable fingers/hands. have this toy be extremly poseable in both modes. since this is a Masterpiece BW TF toy,add diecast metal for the robot feet.

Then again, I like LioConvoy because he's not Optimus Prime.

And making some drastic changes to the character's look would undermine the 'Masterpiece' aspect of the figure. The first version of MP Starscream was widely criticized for that exact reason.
