Hasbro USA cancels all the last waves dotm toys in 2012

Money, violence, sex, computer graphics, scatalogical humor, racism, robots designed to be rednecks but given European accents, and maybe another sequel to the saga... what's not to love? TF m1, Revenge of the Fallen, Dark of the Moon and now Age of Extinction.

Hasbro USA cancels all the last waves dotm toys in 2012.

I think the cancelled DOTM last wave toys for hasbro USA is as follows: Deluxe soundwave,HA $29.99 Soundwave, mirage, dino,Wheeljack,Que,Leadfoot & others.

Personally,I wasn't going to buy any of them. as I viewed them all as awful molds.

I know it sounds wrong & selfish, but I'm glad these all got cancelled. because they would have all been major shelf/peg warmers. they would have forced older DOTM toys to be slipped into these cases, like more bumblebees. Having these as shelf/peg warmers would have meant USA retail stores wouldn't have stocked or restocked 2012 TF Prime & 2012 FOC generations toys as much.

Apparently hasbro will still sell these to the asian market.

Takara might still sell them in japan,if they haven't already.

Since this is the internet age,any TF fan who clearly wants these cancelled DOTM 2012 toys. can easily order them on-line from import sites/shops,ebay,amazon,ioffer,yahoo,etc... Sure they'll cost more but they can be bought.

it appears the only 2012 trilogy toy getting a USA release is DOTM Deluxe optimus with the trailer. my guess is it'll be a walmart store exclusive as walmart has exclusive rights to sell the deluxe DOTM optimus toy in america. I ain't buying this,as I loathe the deluxe toy & i'm not a fan of trailers that just split open & that it. my guess is this bombs & doesn't sell that great at walmarts USA stores, forcing walmart to clearance this & cancel future TF store exclusives.
